Guidelines for republishing articles
The Artists' Television Access webzine and its authors welcome you to republish any article published under a Creative Commons License for non-commercial use in any medium. We are happy to see our articles reach a wider audience.
Reproducing work for commercial purposes
If you would like to reproduce work published by the Artists' Television Access webzine, then we will deal with the author on your behalf or, where we hold the copyright in the material, agree on terms with you. We do not have general lifting rights arrangements with other publications because most material remains the copyright of the author. There is no standard syndication rate: any fee will be arranged on a case by case basis, although in some cases the fee may be waived by Artists' Television Access should the interested publication be run on a not-for-profit basis, have a small-scale distribution or distribution into geographical or societal areas that do not already have exposure to work produced or distributed by Artists' Television Access. Please let us know which article(s) or contribution(s) you want to reuse, what publication or website it is for and what your deadline is.
Non-commercial organizations
If you are a non-commercial organization, please note that when you republish an article, it must be an exact copy of the original with clear attribution to the author and a link to the ATA webzine. You may accurately translate the entire article into another language, but you must acknowledge it is a translation. Some work in the Artists' Television Access webzine are published under different terms, so please check beneath the article first. Artists' Television Access suggests the following format for attribution:
