Call for submissions: International Short Film Festival Oberhausen

Artists' Television Access

Artists’ Television Access is a San Francisco-based, artist-run, non-profit organization that cultivates and promotes culturally-aware, underground media and experimental art. We provide an accessible screening venue and gallery for the presentation of programmed and guest-curated screenings, exhibitions, performances, workshops and events. We believe in fostering a supportive community for the exhibition of innovative art and the exchange of non-conformist ideas.

The next edition of the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen will take place from 2 to 7 May 2013.

As in previous years, works of all genres and formats may be submitted. International productions must not exceed a length of 35 minutes, German productions may not exceed 45 minutes. Films must have been completed after January 1, 2012.

The festival screening for an international production must be a German festival premiere.

Entry deadline for international productions is January 15, 2013. (German productions by February 15, 2013).
