Breakaway is a screening focusing on the art form of music video-making. As the screen for viewing music videos has shrunk from theaters to televisions, and now to computers and mobile devices, this showcase brings the music video back to the big screen, and appreciates it as a form of artistic expression. This installment of Breakaway features music videos by Bay Area directors for songs by local bands.
